It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 14 business days of receiving the package but only incase of the following reasons. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below.
1) Wrong product received
2) Damaged product received
You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on firstname.lastname@example.org, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained.
Curiocity returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct refunds. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR GOODS
You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the products on email@example.com or call us on +91-9809913363. If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

- Pick-Up Address and pincode

Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.
Once we receive the products it will take is 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org from Monday to Friday between 10 AM- 6 PM.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Generally, an order from the time of placement to delivery should take about 15 days. If for any reason there are any delays which we will keep you informed on the same by email.
Wrong Delivery Address:
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address given by the customer. We would request you to check your address in detail at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then reship the same back to the corrected address.
Delivery Date Confirmation:
Please note that it is not possible for us to give you a guarantee for the Delivery Date as we have no control over unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery after we have shipped the order. Do track your order periodically as advised below.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
